Job summary

Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Project Manager – Real Estate to plan, coordinate, and execute real estate and property management projects across the archdiocese.

You will report to the Director of Facilities and Construction and oversee day-to-day workflows, transactional execution, and lifecycle tasks while collaborating with parishes, schools, and vendors. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on project management in real estate, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on project management in commercial, residential, or nonprofit real estate.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with real estate or project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day real estate projects, including property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and capital improvement projects from inception through completion.
• Manage end-to-end lease operations for new and existing properties, including inquiries, site visits, negotiations, extensions, and agreement drafting with legal counsel.
• Partner with Finance and parish leadership to track project budgets, rent escalations, and delinquent accounts.
• Maintain central database records, property files, and signature tracking logs for compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
