CoStar Group, Inc. seeks an Associate Photographer for Salem/Eugene, OR to capture 3-D tours, floorplans, and real estate photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You’ll use Matterport Pro3 and professional gear, working with clients and a dispatch team to schedule shoots.

Requirements include 2+ years in real estate photography, a valid driver’s license, and a FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer; strong communication and independence are essential. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Real estate photography experience required.
FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsabilités

Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 and photography gear.
Build a portfolio of property photos for marketing Homes.com and Apartments.com.
Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management.
Navigate one-mile grid areas to ensure property data coverage.
