Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer for Salem/Eugene, OR to capture high-quality real estate photography and 3-D virtual tours. The role covers residential properties, coordinating with scheduling teams and maintaining professional client relations.

Responsibilities include scanning homes with Matterport Pro3 cameras, creating marketing-ready photos and floor plans, and ensuring safety and data accuracy on each assignment.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• Drone photography with FAA Part 107 license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Capture 2D and 3D photography and virtual tours for Homes.com/Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales and management.
