Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Sacramento, CA. You will capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com, servicing defined client territories. You will scan homes with Matterport Pro3 cameras, create tours, and photograph properties for marketing use.

You will work with clients, sales, logistics and management, and be remotely supervised by a Photography Manager in local markets. Weekend work may be required on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage time and organize field tasks.
• Comfort working independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing efforts by capturing 3‑D tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researchers, and management to set priorities.
• Navigate grids for commercial data coverage and identify new inventory.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicles and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
