Lightspeed Restoration of San Antonio North is seeking a driven referral sales specialist focused on building relationships with real estate agents, property managers and maintenance companies across San Antonio.

You will earn a $290 per week draw against a 15% uncapped commission on revenue generated from referred restoration jobs. Travel within the San Antonio area and regular outreach at brokerages and association events are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, maintenance, restoration, or B2B sales is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit brokerages and management offices to present services and stay top of mind with regular check-ins.
• Attend local realtor and apartment association events to generate referrals.
• Follow up quickly on referrals and cultivate ongoing relationships with agents and managers.
