Significant experience in sophisticated real estate transactions at a leading law firm.
Demonstrated expertise across acquisitions/dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
Advise clients on financing structures including construction, acquisition, mezzanine, and syndicated lending.
Structure and negotiate joint ventures, partnerships, and entity formations for real estate investments.
