Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and send correspondence to clients and third parties.
• Draft, revise, and file pleadings; serve pleadings on opposing counsel.
• Coordinate attorneys' calendars, deadlines, and matter management.
• Open new matters, initiate conflict checks, and create new matter files.
• Prepare fee agreements and engagement letters for new and existing clients.
• Provide backup support for reception and administration as needed.
