We are seeking a full-time, experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our team. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to close. This is an in-person role that requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and deep familiarity with the real estate closing process.

Responsibilities

• Handle real estate transactions from start to finish
• Order, review, and clear title commitments
• Prepare closing documents, including closing statements and conveyance documents
• Order surveys, association documents, and payoff letters
• Draft client correspondence, modification letters, and inspection letters
• Ensure compliance with transfer stamp requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, brokers, and other parties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate legal or paralegal experience
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and real estate due diligence
• Solid understanding of title insurance, leases, and commercial real estate processes
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
