Job summary

CMS UK seeks an enthusiastic Paralegal or Senior Paralegal with Real Estate experience to join our Legal Services Unit. The role centers on documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements for energy and utilities clients.

You will manage your own caseload, take client instructions, draft deeds, and coordinate completions while ensuring regulatory compliance and a proactive approach to workload.

Qualifications

• Requires Real Estate-focused paralegal experience and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage own caseload and work under deadlines.
• Experience drafting acquisition documents and performing title reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage busy caseload of transactions and liaise with clients to obtain instructions.
• Draft acquisition documentation, negotiate with counterparty, perform title reviews.
• Assist with file opening procedures and AML compliance.
