• Proven experience as a paralegal within real estate or related legal fields.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and contract drafting.
• Proficient legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Experience with document management systems (iManage) and accounting/legal software (PCLaw).
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate transaction documents (purchase agreements, title reports, closing statements).
• Conduct legal research across topics like estate planning, environmental law, UCC, and tribal regulations to support cases.
• Manage case files using iManage and PCLaw, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Perform title searches, review title commitments, and identify liens or encumbrances.
• Draft legal correspondence, affidavits, and procedural documents with precision.
