Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates with an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Excellent writing skills with demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute; versatile computer skills.
• Professional communication via telephone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Support attorneys with prelitigation letters and notices.
• Perform e-filing and other administrative duties as needed.
• Assist in heavy client contact via phone and email.
• Provide backup assistance for intake staff as needed.
