Job summary

BCLP in the United States is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support the Real Estate Team across multiple locations including Chicago, Denver, Irvine, New York, and St. Louis.

Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Paralegals and Real Estate attorneys, you will assist in commercial real estate transactions, financing, leasing, and development, with a focus on timely closings and accurate document drafting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• 6–10 years’ experience with RE transactional work including title and survey projects.
• Some travel could be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation and closings for real estate transactions.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents.
• Draft, edit, and manage transaction documents and correspondence.
• Perform legal research using Westlaw and Lexis.
• Maintain organized files for large-volume transactions.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams clearly.
