Job summary

Quadrant is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal in Washington, DC. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, with strong title/survey review and documentation skills. You will assist attorneys in all aspects of transactions, including financing, leasing, and closings.

The position demands excellent written and verbal communication, high organization, and teamwork. A college degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorney with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
• Review and organize title reports, surveys, and related real estate documents
• Assist with commercial property purchases and sales
• Support real estate financing transactions and closings
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing lease documentation
• Coordinate transaction documents, signatures, filings, and closing materials
• Conduct due diligence and maintain transaction checklist
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
• Maintain organized matter files and commercial real estate records
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines while ensuring accurate and timely completion

MUST:
