City Personnel is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for a part-time role supporting residential and commercial real estate matters in a well-established practice.

The position covers residential closings, standard commercial transactions, and leasing matters, with 24–30 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, at $25–$30 per hour, and direct interaction with attorneys, title companies, and clients. 1+ year experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel are preferred.
