Mandelbaum Barrett PC in Roseland, NJ is seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of CRE transactions. This full-time, in-person role handles from due diligence through closing, collaborating with clients, title companies, and lenders in our Roseland office.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's and/or Paralegal Certificate and 5+ years CRE paralegal experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kofax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience with title and survey review, entity formation, due diligence, and closing coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Kofax.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

Purpose of Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of commercial and industrial real estate transactions. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Roseland, New Jersey office. The successful candidate will manage transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing while working closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, and other professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Notary Public designation, or willingness to obtain one, preferred.


• Experience obtaining EINs and filing related IRS forms is a plus.


• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Support staff may also be eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses and a merit-based increase. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and access to additional voluntary programs. The posted salary range reflects the base pay range for this position.
