Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Paralegal:

• Draft and review legal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, closing disclosures, deeds, and title documents
• Coordinate and manage all phases of real estate closings, including communication with clients, lenders, and title companies
• Conduct due diligence reviews, including title, survey, and zoning documentation
• Assist attorneys in preparing for closings and managing all closing documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met
• Handle post-closing matters such as recording documents and issuing final title policies

Qualifications of the Real Estate Paralegal:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial real estate transactions and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment
