Job summary

Saltu Staffing in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support our Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practices. The role requires handling due diligence, title and survey reviews, and closings.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple transactions, prepare closing materials, and coordinate with attorneys and clients in a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate and real estate finance experience in a law firm or corporate legal dept.
• Experience with real estate closings, title reviews and survey reviews required.
• Familiarity with Secretary of State and county clerk filings.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and PDF tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout commercial real estate and finance transactions from due diligence through closing.
• Review title commitments, surveys and related real estate documents.
• Conduct UCC and title searches and other due diligence.
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, loan documents and closing materials.
• Assist with entity formations and Secretary of State filings.
• Coordinate closings and prepare closing binders.
• Manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients and other parties.

Saltu Staffing is partnering with a highly regarded Houston law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout commercial real estate and finance transactions, from initial due diligence through closing.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents.
• Conduct UCC searches, title searches, and other due diligence.
• Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, loan documents, and closing materials.
• Assist with entity formations, corporate filings, and Secretary of State documentation.
• Coordinate transaction closings and prepare closing binders.
• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and other parties involved in transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate and real estate finance experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience with real estate closings, title reviews, and survey reviews required.
• Familiarity with Secretary of State and county clerk filings.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat or comparable PDF software.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
