As of October 8th, a leading law firm seeks a Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys with all facets of real estate transactions. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for:

• Coordinating contracts and loan commitments
• Distributing closing documents and managing closing binders
• Preparing organizational documents and charts as well as transfer tax documents
• Revising deeds and loan documents
• Conducting title and survey review
• Preparing UCC filings and assisting with entity formation
• Conducting research and due diligence
• Communicating regularly with clients and drafting correspondence
• Managing closing and post-closing matters, including preparing and distributing binders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience
• Superior organization and communication skills
• Ability work well under pressure and think strategically
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize assignments
• Well-versed in title and survey review
