Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate distressed residential properties.
• Build relationships with buyers and develop new business.
• Present properties and negotiate transactions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, title companies, and other professionals.
• Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships.
