Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; training is thorough and ongoing.
• Two-week pairing with a seasoned agent to learn day-to-day business.
• Ongoing tutorials, videos, coaching, and Zoom training to learn proven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate distressed residential properties and build buyer relationships.
• Present properties and negotiate transactions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with buyers.
• Work with real estate agents, title companies, and other industry professionals.
• Build repeat business and long-term relationships with clients.
