Related Ross is offering an Operations Summer Analyst internship in West Palm Beach to support the Operations and Property Management teams with data analysis, reporting, and budgeting across the commercial office portfolio.

You will gain exposure to property operations, contracts, performance reporting, and capital projects while developing foundational analytical and organizational skills through a structured 9–10 week program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing property performance reports.
• Compile and organize financial data, occupancy rates, and lease information.
• Support creation of property valuations and investment analysis documentation.
• Track key performance indicators and market comparables.
• Help maintain property budgets.
• Review lease agreements.
• Conduct market analysis for assigned properties and submarkets.
• Research competitor properties and market trends.
• Compile data on market conditions, rental rates, and occupancy statistics.
• Support capex planning and capital improvement project documentation.
• Support asset disposition and acquisition processes when applicable.
• Organize property files and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and materials for client/stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Asset Management team.
