• Undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027- Spring 2029.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, operations, marketing or other related fields.
• Strong data management skills with significant attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skill(s).
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, particularly in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenge(s) in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high sense of professionalism to uphold the standards of Related Ross.
• Exhibit composure during high pressure or challenging situations.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing property performance reports.
• Compile and organize financial data, occupancy rates, and lease information.
• Support creation of property valuations and investment analysis documentation.
• Track key performance indicators and market comparables.
• Help maintain property budgets.
• Review lease agreements.
• Conduct market analysis for assigned properties and submarkets.
• Research competitor properties and market trends.
• Compile data on market conditions, rental rates, and occupancy statistics.
• Support capex planning and capital improvement project documentation.
• Support asset disposition and acquisition processes when applicable.
• Organize property files and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and materials for client/stakeholder meetings.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Asset Management team.

The Operations Summer Analyst will support the Operations and Property Management teams by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives across the commercial office portfolio.
