Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
Self-starter with proactive approach and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Support financial analysis and due diligence for new investment opportunities.
Assist with development financing, entitlements, government approvals, design, leasing/marketing, and construction.
Prepare business plans, operating forecasts, and strategic plans.
Monitor construction costs, budgets, and deliverable timelines.
Benchmark market trends by tracking rents, costs, and expansion activity.
Minimize exposure and risk on various projects.
