Victoria Merchant Group - KW Foothills is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day real estate operations, coordinating with agents, clients, vendors, and partners to maintain smooth workflows and accountability in a fast-moving environment.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, aligning operations with business goals, and managing cross-functional teams to hit milestones, while offering a base salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems or comparable tools is desirable.
• Proven skills in leadership and managing team dynamics.
• Real estate license preferred.
• 2+ years real estate transaction, listing, operations experience.
• Proactive with follow through and able to multi-task.
• Strong knowledge with different CRM systems and softwares.

We're looking for a high-level

Operations Manager

to work with us and help keep our real estate business running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the business, keeping people, processes, and priorities moving in the right direction. From managing systems and workflows to coordinating with agents, clients, vendors, and partners, you’ll bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to a fast-moving real estate environment.

Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000PTO and growth opportunitiesCompensation:

$60,000 – $70,000 yearly base salary
