Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing employees including hiring, coaching, feedback, accountability and difficult conversations.
• Several years of progressively responsible experience in operations or business management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, accounting, or related field preferred; leadership may substitute.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, expenses, P&L, and performance reports.
• Ability to improve processes, manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization and discretion with sensitive information.
• Comfortable learning CRM, spreadsheets, shared docs, and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop administrative team members with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, workflow coordination, vendors, and priorities.
• Document and improve operational systems, SOPs, checklists, and processes.
• Coordinate projects with clear owners and deadlines, ensuring commitments are met.
• Review budgets and financial reports with leadership and accounting resources.
• Oversee workflows supporting listings, transactions, client communication, and client experience.
• Act as trusted operating partner to senior leader, identifying risks and offering solutions.
