Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an Analyst to support daily Net Asset Value reporting and portfolio analytics for real estate funds. You will review appraisals, budgets, and cash flows, and work closely with the team to deliver accurate analyses. Entry-level professionals with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork as part of a growing real estate analytics team. Knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of industry experience, Analyst level or equivalent.
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and cash flow programs.

This position will be responsible for helping with the daily net asset value reporting process for REV's institutional consulting engagements. In addition, this involves reviewing and analyzing final appraisals, executive summaries, and cash flows, and performing portfolio analytics. Analysts will work closely with the team in completing these processes.

Essential Job Functions

• Complete daily Net Asset Value/Share price reporting for real estate funds
• Review and analyze quarterly appraisals
• Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements
• Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds
• Complete quarterly summary reporting
• Work independently on projects and also collaborate ‘face to face’ as a team player
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Cash Flow programs

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $67,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
