Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a professional to perform commercial valuations on all major property types, supporting national clients and portfolio assignments across the United States. Associates will work closely with VPs to deliver accurate analyses and final reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations for major property types
• Lead workflow and guide team toward on-time deliveries
• Develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables
• Coordinate with market participants, clients, and co-workers
• Inspect properties and analyze subject and comparable data
