You will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop strategy for Midwest office projects, including website content, social media, property programming, and lease-up campaigns.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027- June 2029.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field.
• A strong passion for real estate.
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge.
• Experience with content creation, social media, digital marketing, consumer campaigns and event planning preferred.
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
