Job summary

Related Midwest LLC, the Chicago office of Related Companies, offers a ten-week summer internship in marketing and communications. The intern will assist the marketing team with strategy and execution across residential, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial and affordable projects, in planning and underway stages.

You will collaborate with marketing teammates to develop strategy for Midwest office projects, focusing on website content, social media, property programming, and lease-up campaigns.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027- June 2029
• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field
• A strong passion for real estate
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
• Experience with content creation, social media, digital marketing, consumer campaigns and event planning preferred.
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
