Job summary
Related Midwest LLC in Chicago offers a 9- to 10-week Summer Analyst internship focused on real estate development and construction. You will work with the construction team and in-house design, financial and development management to review schedules, costs and project plans.
Gain hands-on experience in market research, document review, and weekly project meetings while contributing to the creation of project work plans, schedules and cost analyses.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a target graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jun 2029.
- Majors: civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related fields.
- Strong interest in real estate development and ability to communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Review and summarize documents such as partnership agreements, audits, and term sheets.
- Compile market research comparing properties.
- Participate in weekly project meetings.
- Assist in creating and monitoring project work plans and schedules.
- Support day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
- Ensure project documents are complete and properly stored.
