Responsabilités

• Ensure Auben Realty's vision and brand messaging are reflected across all marketing initiatives.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to measure ROI and lead generation.
• Partner with sales, investor relations, and operations to align marketing with market initiatives.
• Lead planning and optimization of integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and events.
• Maintain the company-wide marketing calendar and ensure cross-market alignment.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage a centralized library of marketing assets and branding standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to produce marketing materials and assets.
• Oversee CRM, marketing automation, and email campaigns ensuring data integrity.
• Audit and improve website content for brand consistency and SEO.
