Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
• Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support agents with marketing strategy for new listings and ongoing business development.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media content.
• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns for agents and guide them on CRM communications.
• Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams on branding initiatives.
• Assist with photography, videography, and content creation efforts when needed.
• Maintain marketing timelines and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Help support events and local marketing initiatives.
