Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in real estate research or location strategy or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills with high accuracy.
• Advanced skills with Excel and Word; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of portfolio management systems and project timeline tracking tools.
• Ability to learn Real Estate software programs such as pdSiteLink, MapInfo (GIS).
• Adept at managing multiple projects to meet timelines.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Extreme confidentiality in handling reports and studies.

Responsibilities

• Exercise independent judgment in performing complex administrative and analytical work of a confidential nature.
• Communicate between brokers, deal makers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information.
• Track and monitor Real Estate Committee approval processes for stores.
• Create and maintain files for new stores and prepare memoranda for lease options and amendments.
• Assemble data and analyze information for new store sites from internet research and other sources.
• Assist in assembling Site Submissions for new development sites.
• Update pdSiteLink with accuracy and contribute to data integrity improvements.
• Provide oversight to processes and tools supporting the Real Estate Market Research pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for improved reporting with the pdSiteLink team.
• Oversee Real Estate Market Research inbox and prioritize requests.
