Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of CRE experience or related research experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with financial concepts and standard techniques.
• Ability to solve problems using data-driven analysis and judgment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organizational and project management skills with stakeholder collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• United States work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create standard and customized research reports, including local thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with brokers, Sales Management, and Marketing on pitches and proposals.
• Research and collect market data across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.
• Gather, analyze, interpret, and present data on available properties, leases, transactions, and new developments.
• Present market research findings to internal and external audiences to support decision-making.
• Assist in supervising, mentoring, and training Research Analysts and interns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
