• Present team real estate appraisal reports to management.
• Communicate with clients to gather information about assets or liabilities; assist with real estate appraisals.
• Review and evaluate financial statements to identify asset fair values.
• Compare sales prices of similar properties and make data-driven recommendations.
• Identify market trends that may affect asset values.
• Calculate interest rates using methods like present value and IRR.
