CBRE in Seattle is seeking a Research Analyst to support commercial real estate market research and data analysis. You will collect, organize, and synthesize market data across Puget Sound and help produce clear, broker-facing materials and thought leadership reports.

Responsibilities include translating data into accessible narratives, coordinating with brokers, management, and marketing on pitches, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and documents and work through problems with multiple variables.
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in commercial real estate markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Experience with AI programs a plus.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Collect, organize, and synthesize market data across the Puget Sound market, tracking properties, transactions, tenants, and new developments to build a reliable foundation for research and analysis.
• Translate market data into clear narratives for thought leadership reports, quarterly market outlooks, and broker-facing materials - distilling complex research into accessible, visually coherent stories for internal and external audiences.
• Liaise with brokers, sales management and marketing on specific pitches and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
