RBC Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) in Dallas is seeking an Analyst to manage a sub-portfolio of 20–25 loans and support portfolio reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The role is rooted in real estate lending and financial analysis to keep loan performance on track.

The Analyst will coordinate draw requests, monitor asset performance, and assist with regulatory and covenant reporting, providing accurate updates for committees and boards.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior work experience in commercial real estate, real estate lending, investment banking, and/or finance.
• Argus experience or training (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Act as Point of Contact for Clients on Outstanding Loans.
• Review Draw Requests and coordinate Disbursements.
• Loan & Asset Performance Tracking.
• Bank Syndicate Management.
• Produce Quarterly Asset and Portfolio Reporting.
• Review Lease Approval Requests.
• Monitor Borrower Reporting.
• Financial Spreading.
• Manage Asset Releases.
• Back-office Liaison.
• Covenant Compliance Monitoring.
• Reserve Management and Tracking.
• Produce Board Reporting.
• Monthly Waterfall Management.
• Produce Ad Hoc Portfolio Presentations and Reporting.
• Regulatory Reporting.
• Maturity and Extension Monitoring.
