RBC Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP) in Dallas seeks an Analyst to manage a sub-portfolio of 20–25 loan positions and support portfolio reporting. You will partner with the Head of Asset Management and regional head to prepare updates for RBC Management Committee, Global Risk Management, and external boards.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in commercial real estate finance, and proficiency in Excel/Argus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills expected.
• Argus experience or training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as point of contact for clients on outstanding loans.
• Review draw requests and coordinate disbursements.
• Track loan and asset performance.
• Manage bank syndicate relationships and reporting.
• Produce quarterly asset and portfolio reporting.
• Monitor borrower reporting and covenant compliance.
