Based in Dallas, the role requires 3-5 years in CRE-related roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with Argus. Join a team that supports growth and client-focused asset management across major markets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in CRE asset management, servicing, banking, finance or investing.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Argus experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as Point of Contact for Clients on Outstanding Loans.
• Review Draw Requests and coordinate Disbursements.
• Loan & Asset Performance Tracking.
• Produce Quarterly Asset and Portfolio Reporting.
• Monitor Borrower Reporting and Covenant Compliance.
• Back-office Liaison and data management tasks.
