Responsibilities

• Handle complex real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage disputes involving commercial real estate, ownership issues, easements, title matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate transactions.
• Lead case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trials.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on litigation and risk management strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across practice groups.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management efforts.

A well-established and growing Southern California law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Partner to join its expanding litigation practice. The firm offers a unique opportunity for a partner-caliber attorney to take on sophisticated real estate disputes while benefiting from a substantial pipeline of existing work, strong internal support, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

A portable book of business is welcomed but not required. The firm values attorneys who are skilled litigators, trusted advisors, and strong relationship builders.

• Handle complex real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
