• Case strategy and management from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex business and commercial litigation matters from start to finish.
• Develop case strategy and manage litigation plan and timeline.
• Participate in motions, depositions, hearings and court appearances.
• Counsel clients directly and manage ongoing relationships.
• Support business development and growth of practice.
• Contribute to a collegial culture with strong attorney retention.
• Engage in contingency matters and revenue-based bonus opportunities.
• Maintain billable target of 1,700–1,800 hours annually.
• Contribute to comprehensive benefits program including medical and 401(k).

A well-established and growing Southern California law firm is seeking a non-equity Business Litigation Partner to join its expanding litigation practice. Due to continued growth and a significant volume of existing work, the firm is looking for a partner-caliber attorney who can step into sophisticated commercial litigation matters and play a meaningful role in the firm's long-term success.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking a strong platform, substantial existing work, and a realistic path from non-equity to equity partnership. A portable book of business is welcomed but not required.
