• Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, review, production, and deposition preparation.
• Coordinate court filings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, calendars, and litigation documents.

We’re seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm supporting a busy litigation practice. This role is ideal for a paralegal with experience in real estate litigation, property disputes, commercial real estate disputes, and related litigation matters. You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys, managing case files, coordinating discovery, and preparing cases for hearings and trials.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$130,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
