Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks an experienced attorney to handle real estate litigation from pleadings through trials. You will represent clients in property and related civil disputes, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings and motions.

The role requires California Bar admission, 5+ years in real estate litigation, and strong communication skills. The position offers a full-time hybrid work schedule with opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of experience handling real estate and related civil litigation.
• Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

• Handle all phases of real estate litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trials, and court proceedings.
• Represent clients in real estate disputes, including matters involving property, contracts, business interests, and related civil claims.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents while conducting legal research.
• Develop litigation strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Work with managing partners, attorneys, and support staff while managing case deadlines, administrative responsibilities, and client communications.
