Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar.
• 3–7 years of post-bar real estate litigation or commercial litigation with a real estate focus.
• Ability to run files with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Litigate commercial real estate disputes, including lease, contract, partnership, and title matters.
• Draft and argue motions in New York state and federal court.
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery.
• Handle related transactional work - leases, purchase agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Take first-chair responsibility on files from intake through resolution.
