Job summary

SNS Law Group, Inc. in Southern California seeks a civil litigator to take ownership of active cases and gain real courtroom experience.

You will handle pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlements, with direct client interaction and collaboration with paralegals and case managers. This is not document-review; you will practice real estate and civil litigation in a dynamic, growth-focused firm.

Competitive compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, plus incentives and paid time off.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Real estate litigation experience preferred but open to other civil litigators.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle a substantial caseload.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an active caseload from intake through resolution and trial.
• Develop case strategy and handle pleadings, discovery, law and motion, and settlement negotiations.
• Litigate real estate and civil disputes involving contracts, leases, fraud, quiet title, partition, easements, and other real property claims.
• Appear at case management conferences, ex parte hearings, mandatory settlement conferences, and bench and jury trials.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Work closely with paralegals and case managers to keep matters moving and meet demanding court and statutory deadlines.
• Build your litigation skills through hands-on experience rather than sitting on the sidelines.
