Qualifications

Must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the State Bar of California.
6+ years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate disputes.
Strong knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Code, and Civil/Business & Professions Codes.
Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
Ability to independently identify legal issues and craft litigation strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and document preparation.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and related legal documents with attention to detail.
Prepare for and participate in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
