• Ability to manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Ability to independently identify legal issues and craft litigation strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and document preparation.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and related legal documents with attention to detail.
• Prepare for and participate in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
