Responsibilities:

1. Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties.
2. Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property.
3. Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts.
4. Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing.
5. Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy.
6. Express an enthusiastic, positive winning attitude with clients and colleagues.
7. Understand we are selling service, not real estate, and solving the client's needs is our job.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track of successful sales record.
2. Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher.
3. Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
5. An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is Required.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
