Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices, including field work.
• Knowledge of media and advertising industry, revenue drivers and cycles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate property leases, renewals, and rent on favorable terms.
• Identify new sites for development and inventory opportunities.
• Communicate with property owners to resolve discrepancies and maintain relationships.
• Involve legal department in lease negotiations and development when appropriate.
• Prepare leasing documents using approved templates.
• Address landlord inquiries to resolve issues promptly.
• Attend hearings to positively influence outcomes for CCO.
• Maintain accurate lease files and records.
• Understand applicable state and local regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
