Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field.
• Five years of commercial/industrial real estate leasing and property management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between work sites.

Aufgaben

• Act as central contact for assigned properties, tenants, and lease documents.
• Collaborate with internal resources (legal, finance, real estate, accounting, project management, environmental, and engineering) to pursue opportunities and maximize asset utilization.
• Manage existing assigned Alliance properties, oversee tenant improvement and port construction projects, and interpret lease provisions while resolving disputes.
• Make lease presentations with the Sr. Director and coordinate with Public Affairs on events related to the portfolio.
• Work with local City and County staff on property agreements, street vacations, and easements.
• Attend regular meetings with Business Development, Operations, and Environmental staff to streamline processes and reduce impacts on tenants.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field

Substitution: four years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
