Job summary

Blue Energy is seeking a Real Estate Manager to own and execute real estate, land control, and title processes across its U.S. gas-to-nuclear and development portfolio.

You will secure, structure, and maintain site control for large-scale energy projects, focusing on title review, curative actions, encumbrance resolution, and land control structures that meet project finance and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with development, licensing, engineering, permitting, and transmission

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in real estate, land acquisition, title, or development for utility-scale energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate strategy and site control for Blue Energy’s portfolio across multiple U.S. markets.
• Coordinate title curative activities with outside counsel, title companies, surveyors, land agents, and stakeholders.
• Ensure land control structures meet project finance, lender diligence, NRC licensing, and decommissioning needs.
